Our Haitian Dark Roast Coffee

Our coffee is at least 75% Haitian Arabica Coffee blended with other Island and South American coffees.  It is strictly high altitude coffee grown in the Bae D’Orange region of South Central Haiti.  In this area the coffee grows at 1000+ meters in altitude.  The coffee produces a rich, robust brew.

Our Roast

This is whole bean Haitian Dark Roast Coffee.   As a result, this roast brings out the best characteristics of this Haitian coffee.    Due to the way we roast, our coffee cups well as a single origin espresso using a fine grind.   The coffee also brews wonderfully in standard drip coffee makers or french press with a coarser grind.   We roast approximately every two weeks.    You will always be receiving coffee that is freshly roasted.
